主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
? Timely implementation of the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS) standards, with support of Program Manager. 协助项目经理负责合资公司项目，确保佛吉亚项目管理系统（PMS）标准在项目中的执行
? Strictly follow up to the improvement action of the PMS system and the organization of the PMS milestones.严格执行和跟进PMS系统的改进行动和PMS进度

? Follow up PMS implementation 跟进PMS的实施
? Support PMS milestones together with the functions, when applicable, are prepared and correctly performed. 协助职能部门（如适用）一起制定并正确执行PMS节点
? Support Program Manager for the Program Review Committee preparation. 支持项目经理进行项目评审委员会的准备工作
? Attend to the Gate Review meetings (also QVRs, TVRs, MD Reviews). 参与Gate评审会议（也包括QVRS、TVRS、MD评审）
? Monitor PMS gate nodes of all projects, track gate closure of all projects, and monitor gate closure of Helios system of all projects managed by PM.监控所有项目的PMS Gate节点，并跟踪各个项目Gate关闭，监控PM管理的各个项目Helios 系统的Gate关闭
? Count all Milestone nodes of the project, and track and monitor the completion progress of Milestone nodes of each project. 统计项目所有Milestone 节点，并跟踪监控每个项目Milestone 节点的完成进度。
? Organize monthly customer regular meeting data collection, establish monthly customer regular meeting problem list and track problem improvement progress.组织月度的客户例会资料收集，建立月度客户例会问题清单并跟踪问题改善进展；
? Organize PRC meetings and Gate Review activities within the joint venture company, summarize relevant materials, and record meeting minutes and progress tracking组织合资公司内部的PRC会议和Gate Review活动，并汇总相关资料，记录会议纪要及进度跟踪；
? Update the program list and program HQRD system monthly.月度更新program list，并更新program HQRD系统。
? Collect weekly reports of the department, organize TOP5 meetings of core team functions, issue meeting minutes and track progress.负责收集部门Weekly Report并组织core team 职能TOP5会议，发布会议纪要并跟踪进展；
? Responsible for collecting the summary of R&D, mold fees and unit price changes caused by ECR status (internal and customer) of each project.负责收集各个项目的ECR状态（内部、客户）导致的研发和模具费、单价变化汇总；
? Responsible for monitoring the financial status summary of each project manager's new project and summarizing relevant information负责监控各个项目经理新项目财务状态汇总表，并汇总相关信息。

? Participate to the Operational systems school (FES school) and perform PMS training for specific cases if necessary. 参加OSS学校（FES学校），必要时对特定案例进行PMS培训
? Ensure reporting确保报告的及时有效
? Ensure that the reporting of JV programs is done accurately in a timely manner. 确保报告的及时准确
? Update the list of Programs and the monthly KPI’s, and escalate in case of deviation versus targets. 更新项目清单和月度关键绩效指标，并在与目标发生偏差时升级
? Ensure that the alerts (reported in the Alert Management System) are solved in a timely manner PR with the support from Program Manager. 在项目经理的帮助下确保警报（在警报管理系统中报告）及时得到解决
? Attend analysis (ie Red status programs, Gate Review failures). 参与分析（即红色状态程序、gate评审失败）
? Propose improvements提出改进建议
? Collect program Lessons Learned and propose best practices. 收集项目经验教训，并形成实践
? Complete other task assigned by manager.完成上级交代的其他任务
