1. General Admin Management ? Admin budget management & payment handling in SAP (rental, transportation fee, office maintenance fee, etc.) ? Supplier management – supplier performance/contract renewal ? Admin procedure / process continuous optimization ? Travel arrangement - company car, air flight & visa ? Office environment management – safety & security, office maintenance ? Admin stock management – stationery & office supplies ? Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
2. Coordination and Support to Employees ? Company event organization such as annual dinner, Christmas party ? Support to new employee on board process ? Update employees contact list and issue business card ? Company uniform ordering
Qualification: ? Bachelor’s degree. ? Minimum 3-year experience in Administration or secretary ? Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin ? Good interpersonal skills and strong customer service sense ? Good team player, proactive, positive and passionate ? Conscientious and has good time management ? Logical thinking and creative thinking ? Has proven competencies on handling multiple tasks ? Patient, detailed and good following up
