Duties & Responsibilities: - Implement, maintain, and improve the quality system according to Company Quality Manual and related standards. - Build and ensure the regulations, accreditations, certifications and registrations are aligned and required by government related body. - Ensure to comply Quality policy and procedure, including maintain training, equipment calibration, testing, etc. - Establish HSE procedure and conduct HSE training, lead HSE network for the implementation and HSE policy. - Implement internal audit, management review, KPI, continuous improvement to assess quality system efficiency, identify weak point and recommend corrective action and its efficiency. - Identify root cause and conduct corrective/preventive action purposed by each BU and monitor its implementing. - Track and report Quality and HSE performance. Review quality and effectiveness of internal HSE audits executed (completeness, correctness, timing, documentation, etc.). - Train all staffs on QHSE requirements and initiate the staff implementing the Quality/HSE system. - Assist to handle client feedback. Skills & Requirements: - University or above, and relevant working experience or technical background for 5 years or above, 3 years above on management experience. - Be familiar with ISO17025, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001 and other international/national standards .Have the certification of ISO 17025, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001. - Strongly on written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Capability in organization. - Be good at problem analyzing, solve and process improvement. - Be familiar with the concept, process and system of quality assurance. - Have knowledge about relevant regulations, standards and process. - Have knowledge about the lab equipment and the environment requirements in Lab restrict area.
