Responsibilities:
1. Execute sourcing strategy to source material at right price and quality to
meet customer’s requirement
2. Verify and update material pricing and specification in material database
and library
3. Communicate with Product Development and Sales team to identify
materials sourcing to fulfill customers’ requirements
4. Manage vendor relationship and performance to meet development
critical timeline and material quality requirements
5. Manage efficient sourcing for price competitive and quality supply of raw
materials
6. Manage the progress on raw material development to meet the deadlines
7. Validate materials specifications and testing performance
8. Provide technical support to Product Development team and suppliers for
new material development
9. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues in development and
bulk production
10. Identify new textile technology and supplier opportunities

Requirements:
1. Degree or Higher Diploma in textile or related disciplines, with sound raw
material knowledge
2. 3-5 years of experience in raw material sourcing and development
3. Experience in lingerie and garment manufacturing industry is preferred
4. Proficient in MS Word and Excel
5. Good command of English and Mandarin
6. Independent, responsible, initiative and detail-oriented
