In this role, you are responsible to FMCG beauty vertical, the quality leadership. You are working with a wider team of excellence of R&D, NPD, NZ product & operation, S&OP, In-house manufactory hub, OEM factory. Product range includes and not limited to Rinsing-off, Leave-on, Sprays, Lip Balm, Deodarant, Body mist, Bath Bomb etc,.
此岗位负责集团快消品单元下的化妆品（个护，家清）垂类质量保证工作。加入该团队，您将联合集团研发，新西兰市场及产品营运，供应链，集团内工厂，外部供应商等多个优秀团队协作完成新品落地任务。产品类型涉及化妆品方面的膏霜乳液，蜡基类，粉体类，喷雾类等。
1. Quality in Design – lead for Quality requirements & testing protocol setup during the innovation cycle including Finished goods, formulation standard spec，Raw material, Shelf life, TTF plan.
负责新品质量标准及测试计划制定：参与新品开发过程且负责质量标准转化及可量化，包括配方内料标准，原材料标准，产品保质期等，制定QCCP（质量关键控制点），明确产品交付质量满足集团质量方针及国际市场的需求（美国，欧洲，加拿大，澳新等主要市场）；
2. Risk Management – supports the management of risk and key mitigation.
风险管理 – 新品开发过程协同研发团队，提前辨别产品功能或原料风险，并进行风险等级评估，明确接收程度；
3. Quality in Manufacturing - support for first production.
质量标准制定及执行 – 保证质量标准能在量产后良好执行，实现生产过程有效的质量管控；
4. NPD MP Quality Alignment – participate in the MP stage and hand over to factory team.
参与新品首批量产质量过程控制，且明确交付标准及转化至工厂端执行；
5. Lead the Quality continuous improvement process (Consumer Complaints pro-market stage & Incidents) – structured approach for a consistent data analysis, problem identification, prioritization, root cause analysis, corrected action plan development and follow-up.
主导质量持续优化流程，包括上市后客诉跟踪及异常质量时间调查，完成根因分析报告，及预防纠正措施制定及闭环；
6. Assit to setup the Quality Management System for the responsible vertical & digitalization through ERP platform.
协助制定质量管理系统及在ERP系统上实现数字化跟踪；
7. Understand GMP, FDA, Allergen Management, Hygienic Design, Process Control.
熟悉化妆品GMP, FDA，过敏反应评估，化妆品卫生监督及质量设计，制程控制等方面；
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical technical, biological scientific, quality management, or related field
本科或以上学历，化学及工程，生物工程，质量管理等相关专业；
Preferably 5-10 years experience in Quality Assurance Engineering;
5-10 年同等岗位经验
Proven track record of successful quality improvement initiatives
