PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES --Design effective lesson plans to deliver college readiness class, building the College Readiness courses as part of school curriculum. -- Individual counseling on students: Facilitate students’ exploration of possible career interests, field of study, and related experiential learning activities through different channels and platforms, guiding students to utilize CIAFLO to build the online student profiles: -- Guiding students to do course selections and educate other related prerequisites and academic policies. -- Providing college admission counseling and education for parents: -- Enforcing the CCO policy and mission: Educate and advise students on College Counseling Office policies/rules, in addition to related academic policies. -- Developing the strength and skills of students for “college readiness” -- Participating in summer college visits and collaborate on Theme projects for office development, support school’s function from CCO’s perceptive. QUALIFICATIONS: --Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree from top university of English- Speaking Countries is a plus. Prefer major/ minor in Art, Psychology, Education or Counseling. --At least 3-5 years school- based counseling experience (particularly for USA track) in good high school. -- Fluent English. --A strong track-record of supporting successful student applications into matching universities according to their best abilities and potential, while abided with counselor work ethics. --Keep high working standards, confidentiality and high self- driven moral in work. --Enhance office working efficiency with initiatives and creativities. --Work independently and collaborate positively with a team in high efficiency, open minded, adaptable and creative. --Pay attention to detail and respond with excellent time management and organizational skills. --Great interpersonal skills with stakeholder, such as students, parents and school staff.
