Job Summary: This position will be a member of Greater China Sales team and mainly focus on drive the sales revenue growth in South China area through having a tight collaboration with internal technical service and applications person. To develop new customers and continue to cultivate the existing customer loyalty to the MYCRONIC branding. Responsibilities : - Meet or exceed annual and quarterly bookings targets. Cultivate a sales funnel of industrial opportunities, and actively manage these opportunities from lead identification through final negotiations and close. - Drive to develop potential/target customers across different channels and continuously maintain solid relationships with existing customers. - Build up a effective work relationship with internal partners, including service, applications, marketing, other sales team members, etc. to listen customers voice and understand customer needs deeply, transfer the correct requirement to the internal partners to approach customer’s satisfaction and pursue additional business opportunities as well. - Work closely with internal partners to actively support marketing activities by attending trade shows, networking events, demos, promotional events and similar events. Understand the business dynamics and needs beyond our customers to the end users. - Working on various sales reports and sales presentations as needed. - focus on opportunities which meet division profitability targets. Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or a above, and prefer majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Automation, etc. - Knowledge with SMT market and related products. - 3-5 years electronic capital equipment sales experience, and distributor management experience for 2 years or above is required. - Proven track record of sales quota achievement and bookings targets. - Customer focus and drive for results, problem solving and ability to develop creative solutions. - Strong communication skills and presentation skills. - Good written and spoken English are required.
