职位描述
Job Purpose
To develop sales and agent activities. With an analytical approach create overview of potential business opportunities and optimize processes as well as profit. Make sure operational processes and prices meet and exceed the customer needs.
开发销售渠道和代理资源。通过分析法开拓潜在整体的业务机会, 并优化流程和利润。确保操作流程和价格达到并超过客户需求。
Functional Responsibility
1. Assisting sales in dealing with customers, collecting and recording customer information, filing customer information and improving it continuously;
协助销售与客户接洽,收集记录客户相关信息,归档客户信息资料,并不断完善;
2. Responsible for contacting customers/agents, arranging export & import of goods;
负责与客户/代理进行联系,安排货物的出口 &进口事宜;
3. Responsible for the overall process of cargo transportation after receiving orders, such as receiving orders, overseas confirmation, booking, transportation, cargo inspection, customs clearance, delivery and cargo tracking;
负责接单后货物运输整体流程的运转,如接收订单、海外确认、订舱、运输、查货、 报关、交货和货物跟踪等;
4. Completing all kinds of coordination and confirmation work with customers and other departments within the company;
完成与客户及公司内部其他部门的各种协调与确认工作;
5. Handle all kinds of inquiries from customers by e-mail or telephone;
以邮件或电话形式处理客户的各类咨询;
6. Collecting and analyzing market situation and making analysis report;
搜集、统计市场情况,提出分析报告;
7. Assist sales to make quotation, contract and other documents;
协助销售制作报价,合同等文件;
8. Responsible for the production and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports on sales targets, and report on sales dynamics at any time;
负责销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表的制作、编写、并随时汇报销售动态;
9. Assist in the maintenance and integration of domestic and foreign supplier resources;
协助对国内外供应商资源的维护和整合;
10. Assist in maintaining and expanding the company's advantageous products, advantageous routes and tariff integration and management;
协助维护和拓展公司优势产品,优势航线以及运价整合和管理;
11. Assist the operation department and sales team in handling and solving the abnormal cargoes of customers in a timely manner;
协助操作部门和销售团队对客户异常货物及时处理和解决;
12. Back up for team members when necessary;
必要时做同事的后备;
13. Follow other instruction from Leader.
完成上级安排的其他工作。
Personal Capabilities & Education
1. *** or ***, logistics management or related college degree or above;
男女不限,物流管理或相关大专以上学历;
2. Over 5 years working experience in sales assistant or freight forwarding industry;
5年以上销售助理或货代行业的工作经验;
3. Excellent expression ability, thinking ability and communication ability;
优秀的表达能力,思考能力与沟通能力;
4. Skilled in OFFICE application, and EXCEL, PPT production ability;
熟练的OFFICE 运用能力,和EXCEL 、PPT制作能力;
5. CET-4 or above, able to read and understand English documents and letters, able to communicate orally;
CET-4或以上,能读懂英文文件及信函,能进行口语交流;
6. Strong editing skills, sensitive to figures;
具备较强的文字编辑能力,对数字敏感;
7. Pleasant personality, rigorous work, proactive, good sense of responsibility;
性格开朗,工作严谨,做事积极主动,具备良好的责任心;
