Job Description: As NPI Operations Manager, you will lead NPI Operations Executives to meet new product launching on time and on volume. Driving manufacturing meeting demand and reaching a steady and stable supply. Hosting escalation calls ensuring removal of supply blockers and closure of supply gating items. Presenting to Executive Leadership supply trends, bottlenecks, solutions, risks, and mitigations. ? Responsibilities: o Review and monitor teammates’ projects deliverables. o Guide and assist on issues resolution. o Lead and host escalation meeting both internally and externally to address supply chain operational gaps. o Summarize supply readiness, status, trend and present to leadership. o Work with suppliers, sub-tier suppliers and cross-functional teams to achieve NPI product launch On-Time and On-Volume. o Participate in NPI project meetings both internally and externally to identify materials, components, manufacturing bottlenecks with supply risks and to drive for mitigation plan. o Lead and drive solution for demand and supply gaps. Initiate team discussion on capacity plan e.g. expansion/ new tools/ back-up suppliers. Investigate E2E compound yield both at component sub-assembly and FG FATP level and review learning curve assumption. Influence key stakeholders and set up expectations on timing to risk ramp to meet On-Time and On-Volume. o Partnership with GSM-NPI (Procurement), RSP (Regional Supply Planning), Product Manager (PM) and GP (Global Planning) Team to ensure long lead time materials and components are sufficient to supply launch volume and meet launch time. For replenish orders, align with RSP, GP and GSM-NPI on supply strategy. o Provide and maintain CTB (Clean To Build) which includes supply and/ or manufacturing schedule of critical MIH (Materials In House), bottleneck components, key manufacturing and/ or testing process as well as FATP plan (Final Assembly Test and Packout). Review and make sure manufacturing and/ or delivery plans are in line with Regulatory Compliance (RC) readiness. o Engage with PMO (Program Management Office) to provide extended supports when necessary. o Work with GP and RSP to provide PO allocation and guide/ monitor FATP supplier’s production input and output to meet launch target. o On site management at suppliers when necessary. o Provide “Handover Package” to GP Team as deliverable for PMO E2 Gate Review Meeting. o Partnership with GP to jointly train and guide new suppliers utilizing New Supplier On-Board Package. o Perform all other duties as assigned or required in relation to the position. Education and Qualification Requirements: o Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, process engineering (TPM) and/ or product development. Prior ODM management experience is favorable. o Strong interpersonal skills dealing with all levels of organization not only Belkin but also Suppliers. Able to communicate to senior and executive level leadership effectively and confidently. o Results oriented and attention to details. o Strong analytical and project management skills, with problem solving ability. o Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and ability to present to management. o Flexible, open working style, and an ability to build relationship and influence key stakeholders. o Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple product launch at suppliers’ end. o Meet deadlines in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. o Ability to work across diverse cultures. o Bachelors or equivalent either in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Program Management, Engineering Management, or other related disciplines acquired from an internationally reputable University or Tertiary Institution. o Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills. o Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. o Other languages would be an advantage. o Flexible to travel based on business needs.
