Responsibilities
-Handle the product development with supplier and technical support (technical design, cost analysis…) to the Sourcing team;
-Handle product packaging and master samples setting up with suppliers;
-Continuous management of the factory performance and the corrective action plans;
-Ensure proper cross-communication between Sourcing, Quality team and suppliers, on all product development and product related issues; a special focus should be put on communication about the product modifications.
-Build up and manage product technical sheet, quality criteria;
-Ensure that the products and production comply with the tests and norms in a timely manner;
-Handle product quality issues and communicate with Quality department;
-Maintain good communication with the suppliers to make sure our quality requirements and standards have been well informed to all supplier;
-Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
-College degree or above;
-At least 3 years in related product consumer industry as develop engineer role;
-Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English;
-Solid knowledge on European market and standard;
-Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others;
-Ability to make quick competent decisions in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive environment;
-Ability to work under pressure when needed;
-Willing to travel.

岗位职责：
-负责与供应商一起进行产品开发，为采购团队提供技术支持(技术设计，成本分析…)；
-负责与供应商建立产品包装和样品库；
-持续管理工厂绩效和纠正措施计划；
-确保在所有产品开发和产品相关问题上与采购、质量团队和供应商进行适当的沟通;应特别关注产品修改的沟通；
-建立和管理产品技术单、质量标准和检验清单；
-确保产品和生产及时符合检测和规范要求；
-处理产品质量问题并与采购部门沟通；
-与供应商保持良好的沟通，确保所有供应商都了解和遵守我们的质量要求和标准；
-因业务需要出差；
-上级安排的其他任务。

岗位要求：
-大专或以上学历；
-三年以上相关行业任质量工程师经验；
-优秀的中英文书写能力；
-对欧洲市场有比较扎实的了解；
-活跃，能够快速融入团队并共事；
-能够在快节奏、截止日期临近的环境中快速做出决策；
-在需要时能够在有压力的环境下工作；
-愿意出差。
