Job Descriptions:
1 Responsible for material planning, ensure supply for production requirement, improve material fill rate, increase inventory turns and optimize inventory structure.
2 Responsible for expedites materials according to MRP in ERP system. Tracks any late shipments and expedites/resolves problems associated with late delivery.
3 Responsible for analyzing material stock situation and optimize stock level setting, through that lean philosophy to gradually reduce slow moving and obsolete.
4 esponsible for hold weekly meeting to share material supply condition to related department.
5 Responsible for KPI report and other planning report.
6 Collect and analyze the data that from R&D, PM and sales for new project introduction and demand, develop and plan the material requirements at different phase.
7 Gathers and maintains data relating to the Supplier Performance Management
8 Monitor the status of project materials and control unreasonable material purchase and inventory.
9 Take lead on Kanban, JIT or Consignment projects plan and implement.
10 Perform back-up functions for other material planner (eg. during periods of absence).
11 Perform functional training to team members, and conduct regular, comprehensive assessment.


Job Qualifications:
1 Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
2 Familiar with quality standards and their application to the supplier base.
3 Familiar with modern PMC methods and a creative thinker.
4 Excellent/agile communication skills，Fast learner, able to work under pressure and high changing world.
5 Good logic and data analysis capability, Usage of digital tools eg. VBA, power BI, is a 6 Electronic parts procurement experiences, esp. on active components.
6 Preferred: SAP experience / Automotive industry working experiences.
