Responsibilities
1.New customer development, overseas exhibition organization and business expansion
2.Existing big customers maintenance and new projects development, customer relationships setting up and maintenance.
3.New project introduction and management, project progress following up and monitoring
4.Follow up with the customer requirements spec with Team of engineers especially on technical issues, quality, materials, Lead time, project timelines and so on
5.Customer requirement analysis and implementation, communication bridge between customer and internal team
6.Making/follow up sales plan and ensure to achieve the sales given target
7.Reporting to UK office and providing prompt and regular updates
8.Manage internal communication with cross-functional teams to get tasks completed efficiently
9.Must be able to review, check and translate documents effectively
10.Review, modify and edit RFQ quotes effectively and promptly
职责要求

3.新项目导入和管理，项目进度跟进和把控。
4.协同PM确保客户需求的严格执行，特别是在工艺、品质、物料、交期、项目进度等方面。
5.客户需求分析和传达，主导其在内部执行并进一步和客户沟通反馈。
6.制定/执行销售计划并确保达成。
7.和英国同事密切沟通，即时更新项目进度并定期汇报项目进展。
8.主导内部各职能部门沟通协作，确保各项工作有效完成。
9.能对内部报告进行把关并精准翻译。
10.能对工程团队提供的RFQ报价进行有效把关并及时修改编辑。
Strength and experience required
1.More than two years project management or key customer maintenance experience
2.Familiar with customer development and maintenance processes, order handling and shipping processes
3.Have technical background and project management experience in 3C mechanical products
4.Serious for work, active and positive, easy for communication, with strong responsibility
5.Confident in speaking English directly with customers, logging notes/actions and meeting minutes. Sharp focus when customers are speaking
6.Has excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for attention to detail
7.Must have advanced skills for Excel and PPT. Advanced user for Outlook and can write professional emails to customers
8.Can work independently, proficient in oral and written English, English can be used as a working language.

7.熟练使用Excel和PPT，熟练使用Outlook。
8.能独立工作，熟练掌握英语口语和书写，英语可以作为工作语言。
