- Review and interpretation of mechanical requirements of international automotive manufacturer
- Definition of mechanical and mechatronic design details to adapt customer requirements
- Draft design of part/assembly by CAD software, 2D/3D drawing delivery
- Definition of part material, critical dimensions and SPPC with certification of rules, simulations and FMEA
- Evaluation and advise on the tool design for manufacturing of plastic, sheetmetal, diecast, and CNC parts
- Preparation of validation & test plans & procedures for part/assembly
- Working closely with hardware designer, environment & application & system engineers and project team members to ensure system performance and customer requirements are achieved.
- Provide technical input to enhance department procedures and processes

Qualifications ：
- 3 years of above experience of mechanical design on electronic products. Field of automotive or outdoor equipment experienced in priority.
- Good knowledge of general plastic and metal material, prevent and tuning the mold/fabrication defects.
- Experience on design for ingress protection, wiring connection.
- Practice of tolerance stack, mechanical simulation, FMEA analysis and manufacturing.
- Master skills on CAD tool such as CATIA, Pro/E, UG, Solidwork.
