Responsibilities 1. Full spectrum support to the GM, assist GM by working alongside to move projects forward; 2. Keep track of all tasks for GM, follow up on project progress, communicate with various stake holders or involved departments to continue the dialogue; 3. Provide communication support, such as drafting, reviewing, editing, managing revision process of a variety of correspondence, reports and presentations; 4. Handle sensitive matters and documents with a high level of confidentiality; 5. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and filing; 6. Serve as a liaison between the GM, top management and various internal and external stakeholders; 7. Organize Management Meetings, from agenda to minute taking and follow up on action points; 8. Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements 1. Good command of English in speaking and writing is a must, knowing Turkish is a plus; 2. Bachelor’s Degree or above in accounting, economics etc.; 3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, Office 365 etc. 4. Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail; 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize, independently managing and disseminating a variety of assignments punctually and efficiently; 6. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
