As a Mechanical Engineer - QC Manager, you will be responsible for-overseeing all aspects of quality control in our manufacturing processes. Your primary duties will include:

1. Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
2. Conducting inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
3. Collaborating with other colleagues to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Training and supervising QC team members to perform inspections, tests, and audits effectively.
5. Analyzing quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
6. Maintaining documentation and records related to quality control activities and compliance with regulatory requirements, including writing COC\COT\material report\coating reports in English.
7. Good in English is essential: reading, writing, speaking

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; an advanced degree or certifications in Quality Management are a plus.
2. Proven experience in quality control and assurance within a manufacturing environment, focusing on mechanical components or systems, with at least 7 years of experience.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and tools, such as Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Electrical Height Gauge Measuring Tools, CMM, quality statistics tool, and similar equipment.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
5. Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience in team management and cross-departmental collaboration.
6. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
7. Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and for documenting quality control processes and regulatory compliance.
8. Independent yet collaborative, adept at translating instructions into actionable tasks, highly organized, and skilled in agenda management.
