- Functionally manages several regionals Supply Chain (SC) & logistics teams on several projects in multi-geographies. - For each project, ensure that SC processes are designed, implemented and qualified in the different phases of the Offer Creation Process, to achieve Sales targets. Customers lead time, OTDelivery and inventory health. Scope: - End-To-End (E2E) Supply Chain Planning from Customers to Suppliers - Components & Finish Goods
Missions:
Coordination Multi regions/multi functions - Coordinate all GSC Region Logistics & Planning functions involved in the OCP projects - Give visibility, report, Alert on OCP progress on SC planning tasks & KPIs - Transfer responsibility from project mode to operations: Logistics & Planning processes.
Customer Logistics Offer definition - Build and challenge Customer Logistic Offer with Marketing to find the right balance between customer requirements and SC capabilities & cost.
SC Architecture Design & implementation - Select or adapt, implement & qualify End to End SC Architecture consistent with Logistic Offer & Schneider Supply Chain principles and rules. - Contribute to the Suppliers selection (including Tier 2-3) & Make or Buy decision with SC cost & service evaluation - Propose, get formalized & validated Logistic Terms & Conditions - Coordinate Master Data creation / updates between all SC entities concerned E2E SChain Planning Tools & ERPs
Launch & Ramp down management - Build and drive the launch both for FG & components in order to secure the availability of components & FG for Sell date and support the sales. - Build and drive the ramp down of old range & PWP if it is the case to minimize scrap risk - SC Readiness: Ensure E2E SC Planning readiness according to each project stage gate. Give Stage Gate Go/NoGO on SC planning domain.
SC Transformation - Promote Plant to Distribution strategy in every project - With target to have only One Step Stock between Plant and Customer - Optimize flows all along the E2E SC Qualifications - External Qualifications - Internal
Education - Minimum 5+ years experience in Supply Chain activities such as Supply, Inventory, Planning, Design - MBA, Masters degree in International Business / Engineering / Supply Chain Experience - Optional experience in Procurement - OCP Processes (PMP/PEP/PWP/O2) - Remote management
