Summary: This role will be responsible for conducting technical research and development of energy storage connectors aligned with market positioning and user needs. This will include product structural design, formulation of testing and validation plans, 3D modeling, and other related design work. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with overseeing product sample production and testing, editing technical documents, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support for products.

Be curious on connector new technology upgrade, keep help ITT to become more competitive in Engineering capabilities ? Agile working schedule to adapt the customer offering speed ? Working closely with PM, marketing, operation, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
? Conducting technical research and development of energy storage connectors based on market positioning and user needs. ? Product structural design, formulation of testing and validation plans, 3D modeling, conversion and revision of 2D drawings, and related design work. ? Following up on product sample production and testing, and technical communication from mold FA to mass production certification. ? Editing product technical documents, user manuals, and related files. ? Optimizing and iterating products and product lines based on market feedback. ? Responsible for patent applications. ? Fore-sales and after-sales technical support for products.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor (Engineering Degree required)
EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor's degree or above in mechatronics engineering, mechanical automation, electrical engineering and automation, power systems, or related fields. ? 3+ years of experience in the development of high-current or high-voltage connectors for energy storage, familiarity with photovoltaic and energy storage industry standards and safety regulations, and the ability to independently complete design proposals. ? Familiar with the design proposals of high-current and high-voltage products from at least one well-known connector manufacturer, and the ability to propose optimization measures based on specific requirements. ? Understanding of electrical contact theory and the ability to propose innovative designs based on practical applications is a plus, as is hands-on experience in testing and assembly. ? Possess an open and humble mindset, a sense of teamwork, and the ability to collaborate closely with the front-end team. ? Proficiency in English reading and writing is preferred, and exceptional candidates may have relaxed requirements in other areas.
