Summary:
? Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
? Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
? Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
? Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
? Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods
? Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
? Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
? Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems

Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for Quality System’s setup, implementation and certification
--- Set up and maintain ISO9001/IATF16949
--- Prepare for the second and third party audit to keep successful
--- Train the related employee in quality management field
? Be responsible for Quality Systems’ internal & external audit and continuous improvement
? Be responsible for supervising quality policy and objectives
--- Set up quality target and review periodic
--- Quickly response for PRR and other Customer Complaint
--- Responsible for track all action plan
? In charge of quality department management
--- Management/employee relationships
--- Hire, discipline, evaluate performance and authorize overtime for subordinate
--- Provide training and cross training for staff and develop subordinate
--- Insure the Quality department effectively serve the needs of all customer.
--- Cross function with other internal departments and external sources
? Control company product quality Deal with Quality complaints & Issues from customers
--- Ensure Problem Solving has been implement.
--- Ensure procedure for corrective action and preventive action implemented.
--- Coordinate response to customer concerns.
? Follow up quality performance
? Be responsible for supplier management system setup, implementation and certification.
--- Implement Supplier Performance Development Process
--- Ensure new supplier audit and new material qualification
--- Coordinate response to treat with raw material quality issue
? Assist Finalization special characteristics
? Establish and implement corrective and preventive action procedure for controlling improving product quality
? Set up dept’ quality objective and training

Requirements:
? Hold bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical or related engineering.
? Familiar with ISO9001 & IATF16949, ISO14000 system requirement
? Familiar with Quality Management tools, such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, CP, FMEA, etc.
? More than 5 years experience in quality control of automotive or electronics industry, and minimum 3 years experience on quality management position
? Familiar with MS-OFFICE
? Fluency in oral and written English
? Good communication and team work
