Job Description:

1. Create control plan according to product and customer requirement.

2. Evaluate new samples acquired from suppliers to *** Article inpection submission to customers.

3. Verify Non-Conforming Goods to allow RTV items, incoming goods or stock items .

4. TC-HOLD for any non-conforming prodcut and monittor the TC-HOLD dispose.

5. To attend the MRB Meeting.

6. Assume the role of Internal Quality Auditor, as and when assigned by the QMR.

7. Train new/existing QA inspector according to job requirement.

8. analysis and dispose customer quality complaint.

9. take corrective action to prevent customer complaint

Experience Required: 1. At least 3 years relevant experience in QA or SQE environment.

Skills Required:

1. Preferably to be able to understand Sampling Plan.

2. Knowledge with the capabilities in using general measurement equipment e.g. Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Pin Gage and Height Gage.

3. Good knowledge for quality system.

4. Knowledge with SPC,MSA, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, PPAP

Qualification Required:

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.

Knowledge with the capabilities in using general measurement equipment e.g. Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Pin Gage and Height Gage.
