Job Description: 1. To liaise with shippers for the processing of house bills of lading in accordance with their requirements without any mistakes; 2. To forward to the Credit Control Section of the Accounts Department house bill of lading, invoices and other documents for release to shippers within the time frame required by the Company; 3. To liaise with carriers or co-loaders the processing of master bills of lading in accordance with the requirement of the oversea agents and ensure that the documents are ready on time; 4. To keep overseas agents informed of the progress of shipments and the relevant documents; 5. To organize the dispatch of documents by courier to overseas agents or post the documents onto the web of the Company and alert oversea agents of same, keeping to the timetable agreed with oversea agents; 6. To calculate profit split with overseas agents and prepare invoices/credit notes to overseas agents accordingly; 7. To closed the shipment job files in accordance with the timetable laid down by the Company; 8. To be familiar with all the systems of the Operation Department and ensure all the systems of the Company are complied with; 9. To help promote a culture of proactiveness, positive-thinking, dedication to services and discipline among all staff of the Department; 10. To carry out specific duties assigned by the leader. Qualification Required: 1. University graduates. 2. No less than 2 years working experience in the Operations and Documentation function in the international freight-forwarding industry. 3. Familiar with the import and export operations in Shenzhen and China, including Customs clearance procedures. 4. Ability to work independently. 5. Strong in IT. 6. Good command of written English.
