主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties: ? The Design Manager is responsible to financial result of BYD SJV R&D profit and BYD SJV R&D consolidation P/L and Inventory. He/She also need to manage and follow up the Business Programs general financial result, especially for internal sale and BYD SJV inventory management. 产品经理负责比亚迪合资公司研发利润和比亚迪SJV研发整合P/L和库存的财务结果。他/她还需要管理和跟踪业务项目的总体财务结果,特别是内部销售和比亚迪合资公司的库存管理。 主要任务The main missions of the role are: ? Supervise Lead Engineer, Design Engineer, Designers and ensures their work meets all internal/external requirements. 监督设计主管、设计工程师、设计人员,确保其工作满足所有内部/外部要求. ? Oversees and recommends and implements all phases of the seat designs project to complete it within budget and to meet customer-determined project milestone and completion dates targets. 监督、建议和实施座椅设计项目的所有阶段,以在预算内完成,并满足客户确定的项目节点和完成日期目标. ? Plans and executes complete engineering design projects, from initial design concept through to production release and post-production support. 计划和执行完整的工程设计项目,从最初的设计概念到量产和量产后支持. ?
