MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive production plans from supervisors.
2. Coordinate with heads of various departments in the production department to put the production plan into practice
3. Perform production engineering work on the production line in accordance with the specified plan.
4. Design, develop, and improve production systems to be able to produce products with efficiency and quality.
5. Summary of daily, weekly and monthly production data presented to supervisors.
6. Analyze causes and find ways to improve production system problems that occur.
7. Provide advice to workers on the production line in taking care of production machinery so that it can work at full efficiency.
8. Others assigned by supervisor
Education background:
Engineering Bachelor degree and above, majoring in industry, electricity or related.
Job experience and skills required to request:
1. Fluent in both English and Thai
2. Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard, 5S Management, Kaizen Activity
3. Good operation and communication skills
4. Good interpersonal relationship，can cooperate with others well
5. Proficient in computer programming, MS Office.
6. Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
