Responsibilities and Duties: 1.Liaison with HO Marketing team to implement China Digital Strategy. As part of the strategy to maintain and manage the social media account on daily basis, mainly on WeChat account currently, and will extend to Tik Tok, Facebook and Instagram in near future. 2.As project leader, prepare and organize Agency team to participate Industrial Exhibitions, ensure the expectation is met upon events completion. The exhibitions including but not limit to: a. China (Shenzhen) International Logistics Supply Chain Fair (物博会) b. Shenzhen INT'L Cross-Border E-Commerce Trade EXPO (跨境电商展) c. Exhibitions that might host in other locations / cities / provinces 3.Responsible for propaganda work of company activities and events. a. New service / product launching b. Customers appreciation / gathering event c. Staff activities / Team Building d. Other activities that are meaning to share with internal/external stakeholders 4.Coordinate and facilitate hosting mega event / meeting in South China, e.g., Head Office / Business Unit / Regional personnel visit and review. 5.Optimize and explore promotion channels, which include but not limited to social media, live steam, short video, industrial media, exhibition etc. 6.Prepare presentation for country manager. (To equip with industry knowledges, ZIM internal system, company data and market data). 7.Issuing South China Newsletter. 8.Attending other tasks and projects assigned by country manager / HO Marketing / Direct Manager. Requirement: 1.University degree and over 5 years of working experience in marketing. 2. Fluent oral/ writing English ability. 3.Sound knowledge of shipping industry is preferred. 4.Familiar with the operations of new media (WeWhat, Douyin etc.). 5.Skillful in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) especially PPT. 6.Good activities/events planning experience. 7.Good communication skills. 8.Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude. 9.Willing and able to work under pressure.
