岗位说明（Job description）：
1、主导电子电源类产品电子技术开发、预研以及行业新技术、新器件发展跟踪。(Lead the development and pre-research of electronic technology of power products, as well as the development of new technologies and new devices in the power supply industry)
2、主导或参入公司新产品的技术标准/规格制定、电子技术方案设计、可行性分析以及关键器件选型， 确保产品符合PRD及工程规格。(Lead or participate in the definition of technical standards/specifications of the company's new products, electronic technical system design, feasibility analysis and key device selection to ensure that the products meet PRD and engineering specifications)
3、参入设计评审、DFM、技术攻关以及持续优化， 确保产品设计符合性及最优设计。(Participate in design review, DFM, technical research and continuous optimization to ensure product design compliance and optimal design)
4、领导及建设电子团队，标准化建设，文件归档， 绩效考核及技能提升和培训等等。(Lead and build an electronic team, standardize EE design and re-use, document archiving, performance appraisal, skill improvement and training, etc)
5、负责协调部门内部以及与其他部门的对接、协作，保障项目的顺利推进和交付。(Responsible for Cross-departmental coordination and communication inside and outside to ensure the smooth progress and delivery of the project)

岗位要求(Job Requirements):
1）本科或以上学历，电子电源类相关专业。（Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic power supply）
2）8年以上移动电源及充电器类相关电子研发工作经验。（More than 8 years of electronic R&D experience in mobile power supply and charger related to mobile power）
3）熟悉Apple MFi设计要求及ATS测试。（Familiar with Apple MFi design requirements and ATS testing）
4）精通PFC, 反激， ZVS, ACF等开关电源拓扑架构设计，掌握BUCK/BOOST电路设计和DC/DC功率调控, 以及关键功率器件MOS,、GaN、磁性器件及电芯的选型设计。（Proficient in PFC, flyback, ZVS, ACF and other switching power supply topology design, BUCK/BOOST circuit design and DC/DC power regulation, as well as the selection and design of key power devices MOS, GaN, magnetic devices and cells）
5）对电源多层PCB、EMC 和热设计有深入了解， 有实际成功设计及整改经验， 有相应仿真设计及优化尤佳。（In-depth understanding of power multilayer PCB, EMC and thermal design, practical successful design and rectification experience, corresponding simulation design and optimization is preferred）
6）了解PD和Qi2协议及相应的协议协议芯片（如芯海， 南芯及CPS等等）的选型及运用。（Understand the selection and application of PD and Qi2 protocols and corresponding protocol protocol chips (such as Chip Sea, South-Chip and CPS, etc.).
7）熟练AD/PADS EDA工具，有Spice类电源电路设计工具及热仿真工具使用尤佳。(Proficient in AD/PADS EDA tools, Spice power circuit design tools and thermal simulation tools are preferred
8）态度谦和，容易合作，责任心强。可以承受较大的工作压力。(Humble attitude, easy to cooperate, strong sense of responsibility. It can withstand large working pressure)
9）英文良好。(Good command of English)
