Job Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and handle employee onboarding, resignation and other procedures to ensure that each process is closed and the materials are complete. 2. Employee probation period inspection and management. 3. Coordinate companywide training initiatives. Communicate and coordinate different departments to organize trainings and draw training plans. 4. Provide employees with timely and efficient HR daily support, such as policy implementation, answering employee questions, issuing certificates, etc. 5. Establish and maintain personnel files, and timely update personnel information and personnel file information database. 6. Responsible for and following up on employee development plan (PDP) formulation, performance management, and completing performance communication interviews. 7. Contract signing, agreement signing management and follow-up such as employee entry labor contract, change of labor contract, labor contract renewal, etc., and the node completes the closed loop of agreement document processing. 8. Application for foreign working visa and other related documents. 9. Support other related work of human resources.
Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Fluent in English, able to use English as working language. 3. Computer literacy. 4. Have at least 2 years of experience in HR. 5.Good communication and computer skills, eager to learn. 6. Multitasking ability.
