Responsibilities 1. Answer all customers (internal and external) inquiry regarding GMA project status and other inquiry; (15%) 回答客户关于国际认证项目状态和其它咨询; (15%) 2. Responsible for GMA project application and follow up, documents check and delivery in a timely manner together with project team’s cooperation (40%) 负责国际认证项目申请并跟进,文件检查和通过与项目团队的合作,及时完成证书交付。(40%) 3. Provide GMA training to internal colleagues (Sales & Engineers) and customers to promote GMA service. (15%) 提供国际认证培训给内部同事(销售和工程师)及客户以便推广国际认证服务(15%) 4. Coordinate all product development activities with vendors and internal departments.(10%) 为客户和内部业务线协调所有产品的研发活动; (10%) 5. Develop general and GMA knowledge by actively participating in training, discussion and meetings; (5%) 通过积极参与培训、讨论和会议来提升国际认证常规和技术知识; (5%) 6. Collect and consolidate GMA information (5%); 收集和整合国际认证信息(5%); 7. Assist to achieve team’s sales target (10%) 协助实现团队的销售目标(10%)
Requirements 1. College or Bachelor Degree holder; 大专或本科以上学历; 2. At least 3 years working experience in testing & certification company; 至少3年的检测认证公司工作经验; 3. Be familiar with global markets regulations / directives / standards of E&E products. 熟悉电子电气产品的全球市场法规 /指令 /标准。 4. Excellent organizational and communication skills; 优秀的组织和沟通能力; 5. Customer-oriented and able to work independently; 以客户为导向并能够独立工作; 6. Hardworking, Self-motivated, and have a mind-set of team work; 工作勤奋,积极主动,具有团队合作精神; 7. Fluent in written and oral English & Chinese. 流利的中英文书面和口语技能
