Responsibilities 1. Oversee overall logistics operations . Manage relationships with our shipping partners including negotiating best payment terms, shipping costs, SLAs Drive, manage, and lead the adoption of cutting-edge logistics technology and systems to improve visibility, tracking, reporting, and outcomes. 2. Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping regulations, and maintain a strong understanding of global market dynamics. 3. Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve quality and delivery times. Tracking, analysis, and RCA on post-order shipments 4. Manage and report on key logistics performance indicators, providing insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team. Manage a team of 4. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Closely work with the General Manager to ideate and launch new projects. Work closely with global teams and be a voice for the rest of the company.
Requirements 1. Proven experience in managing shipping channels for cross-border e-commerce via our shipping partners 2. Sound knowledge of customs requirements for different product categories, both on US and China side is required 3. 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics is required 4. A natural team leader, a good communicator, and a 0 to 1 executor. 5. Fluent in oral and written Mandarin and English 6. Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced e-commerce or tech-driven logistics company. Knowledge of bonded warehouse shipment is good to have but not a requirement
