General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1.Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.
识别和开发新的商业机会以实现销售业绩增长。
2.Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned existing accounts to ensure customer retention and business growth.
维持并加强与现有销售客户的关系，保证现有客户的维系和保留。
3.Reach new and existing business sales KPIs and budget guidelines from the company.
达到公司新的和现有的业务销售关键绩效指标和预算目标。


Qualifications
1.College graduate, major in related is preferable.
大专以上学历，物流相关专业优先考虑。
2.1-3 years working experience in global forwarders, with 1 year or above sales experience.
1-3年或以上全球性货代公司工作经验，至少从事一年以上销售岗位。
3.Knowledge of ocean and air product, both import and export.
熟知空海运费产品及进出口流程。
4.Familiar with MS office.
熟练掌握办公软件。
5.Good English in reading and writing.
良好的英语读写能力。
6.Building Relationships：Interacting with People; Establishing Rapport; Impressing People.
善于建立客户关系：善于与人建立良好的，和睦的关系，并建立良好的印象。
