Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the administrative and publicity work of the department; 2. Responsible for the writing and filing of relevant documents and policies; 3. Assist in relevant publicity activities of the department and provide administrative support for university-level activities; 4. Support students to organize and plan campus activities and develop a positive campus culture; 5. Assist in handling student affairs, providing information and dealing with enquires; 6. Support the work of the department across the team, complete other work and temporary tasks arranged by the superior.
Qualifications and Requirements: 1. The minimum degree is a bachelor’s degree. Welcome outstanding fresh graduates who are enthusiastic and hard-working to apply; 2. Good communication skills, organizational coordination skills and interpersonal skills; 3. Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and basic office skills; 4. Be good at operating clerical tools, proficient in using MS Office, and those with expertise in writing push, photography, video editing, and data processing are preferred.
