RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Strategic Planning and Execution: collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to develop local channel marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives. This includes identifying and tiering target channels, defining clear goals, and formulating plans to maximize partner engagement and revenue generation. Secure successful channel marketing in the China market and to work closely with global and regional stakeholders to successfully achieve set KPI’s. Transforming global go-to market plans into regional channel sales and marketing plans that optimizes sell out from marketplaces and retailers’ online and offline platforms for all Marshall Group products. 2. Market- Specific POS Development: Oversee the creation and localization of POS materials to support new product launches in the region. Collaborate with local distributors and suppliers to ensure the materials effectively resonate with the local markets and adhere to brand/retail guidelines. 3. In-Store Environment Conceptualization: Work closely with local distributor, sales teams and suppliers to develop best in class in-store concepts that align with the brand DNA, while considering regional design preference, cultural elements, retails regulatory requirements and customer experience expectations. 4. Channel Partner Management: Responsible for nurturing and expanding our network of channel partners in the region. This includes identifying potential agencies/suppliers, establishing strong relationships, and providing the necessary support and resources to enable win win success. 5. Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the development and execution of channel marketing campaigns and new product launch in collaboration with regional, creative services and brand teams. This will involve creating compelling messaging, coordinating assets, and leveraging appropriate marketing channels in the region to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Plan for channel marketing campaigns, making sure we have the right content in time. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge among the local, CS team, local marketing team and sales team. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration when implementing new campaign and product launches or addressing retail requests. Ensure smooth coordination to meet market specific needs while maintaining brand consistency. Execute the channel marketing plan to support sales activities in online and offline stores, and working with internal resources to produce in-store plan, including POS, store design, etc. 7. Regular management: tasks including, but not isolated to, promotional programs, display stock management, shop layout, online merchandizing to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. 8. Regional Channel Activity Coordination: Consolidate, align and roll out channel marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging, branding and promotional efforts. Act as a central point of contact for local distributor, facilitating communication, sharing best practices and providing guidance on local retail initiatives. Optimize sales investments and choosing the right channels and media. Plan and organize exhibition or trade show, such as CES show, and sales meeting. 9. Training and Engagement Workshop: support local engagement staff and global training team to provide training and facilitate workshop to local distributors and retailers aim to provide valuable knowledge and insights to our partners, fosters stronger relationships, improves brand consistency across channels and empowers our distributors and retailers to represent out brand with confidence and competence in the market. 10. Team management: objectives setting, employee reviews, KPI setting, and team member management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: - Leadership and entrepreneurial skills with a collaborative approach and being able to have influence and impact without authority. - Energetic and reliable with excellent problem-solving skills. - Methodical and able to manage different projects at the same time as well as work well under pressure. - Enjoy working in a deadline-driven and creative environment. - Well-known to bringing content from overseas to China.
REQUIRED LANGUAGES (BESIDES ENGLISH): - Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
REQUIRED SKILLS: - Have solid channel marketing experience with thorough understanding of consumer purchase journey across digital and physical channels. - 3+ years of experience on both strategic and day to day operational level in an international environment. - Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
