1. Fully responsible for QA team. 2. Provides Leadership in creating tangible Quality strategies and cascades to CM. Responsible for influencing global \regional management team and acts as a Champion on Quality issues on behalf CM & Shenzhen operation. 3. Support customers where and when required with respect to quality audits, then conduct pre-audit to CM in order to ensure ‘One time Pass customer audit 4. Monitor internal and external Quality yield performance of products and strong drive CM for continual improvement. 5. Mentored and coached direct reporting staff to deliver excellence Quality service to internal and external customers 6. Lead QA team to conduct CM process qualification during new product launch. 7. Monitor contract manufacturer performance and drive continual improvement. 8. Plan and conduct regular process/ system audit to contract manufacturer. 9. Make sure CM quality requirements from MPS and customers are deployed and implemented 10. Acts as an advocate for the customer in terms of requirements, feedback, customer satisfaction and loyalty. And Deal with customer compliant, start-up the CAR (corrective action report) and support customer visit.
