职责:
识别和开发销售机会以捕获新业务并跟踪客户的现有合同组合,以确保续签协议
Identify and develop sales opportunities to capture new business and keep track of customer's existing contract portfolio to ensure renewal of agreements.

能够建立和加强与指定客户中的关键决策者和影响者的关系,从而深入了解和预见他们的需求
Being able to build and strengthen relations with key decision-makers and influencers within the assigned accounts, enabling deep understanding and foresight of their needs.

Ensure regular sales and marketing relations with the assigned accounts.

Create customer-centric Account Plans with impactful goals, strategy and actions that ultimately lead to identifying and securing new business, retaining existing business and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

领导和支持客户满意度审查,跟进调查结果,确保执行相关的改进活动
Lead and support customer satisfaction review. Follow up with the findings and ensure that related improvement activities are executed.

配合技术团队,确保技术支持和售后服务
Cooperate with the technical team to ensure technical support and after-sales service.

主动了解行业和市场趋势和***实践以及DNV产品、服务和流程,以保持与客户和潜在客户的相关性
Proactively stay up to date with industry and market trends and best practices as well as DNV products, services and processes to remain relevant towards customers and prospects.

与财务团队密切合作,支持解决关键的发票索赔和跟进关键的应收账款
Support in resolving critical invoicing claims and follow-up critical accounts receivables in close cooperation with the finance team.

推广和参与营销活动和事件
Promote and participate in marketing activities and events.

职位要求
相关领域的学士/硕士学位
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field

至少3-5年大客户管理经验
At least 3-5 years of key account management experience

在销售/客户关系管理环境中获得出色的沟通和影响技巧
Excellent communication and influencing skills in a sales/CRM environment.

获得重要客户洞察力并影响他人采取行动的经验
Experience gaining important customer insights and influencing others to act.

在工作中表现出持续学习的能力
Demonstrate the ability to learn continuously on the job.

流利的商务英语
Fluent in business English
