SBA Stone Forest is a fully-owned subsidiary of RSM Chio Lim. We are currently seeking appointment of an Assistant Manager/Manager, Corporate Advisory Services Department. The location of office is Shanghai.
You will report to the Head of Business Solutions Group and assist her to manage the functions and drive the business of the Corporate Advisory Services Department. You are required to lead a team of professionals and manage a diversified portfolio of clients.
Your role will be that of a corporate advisor, assisting our clients to manage their corporate matters in the most efficient and compliant manner. You will keep up to date with latest corporate regulations and explain complicated rules and its implications to our clients in simple terms.
Your responsibilities will also include, amongst others, providing corporate secretarial services on daily basis, assisting in the full spectrum of corporate services related issues for foreign invested companies, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager for the business requirement.

4.You will learn how to resolve corporate compliance issues and develop your strength in communication and interpersonal skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.To support corporate secretarial services, such as maintenance of clients’ stamps and licenses, documents stamping according to clients’ authorization matrix, etc.
2.To assist in the full spectrum of corporate services related issues for foreign invested companies, such as change of legal representative /director /supervisor, increase capital, relocation and etc.
3.To involve in outbound investment filings for Chinese companies expanding to overseas countries
4.To correspond with government authorities and clients and handle queries from clients
5.Commitment to excellent client service and an ability to interact and work effectively with clients and colleagues of all levels
6.To handle client relationships and ongoing management of new / existing clients
7.Other adhoc tasks assigned by line manager
