[岗位要求]
1、26-45岁, 本科及以上学历，电子、通信、微波等相关专业毕业,必须有
SGS/BV/ITS/TUV公司高管任职3年以上或NB/TCB审核员经历优先；
2、熟悉射频系统，有手机射频电路、手机天线,熟悉RF电路原理图设计，电路
调试；
4、熟练使用综合测试仪，CMU200，CMW500等射频测试仪器及射频的各项测
试指标；
5、做事认真，能积极工作，有较强的理解能力及独立分析思维能力，团队合作
能力
6、3年以上EMC实验室RF管理经验， CET-4级以上, 能跟国外NB/TCB机构沟通
报告审核不符合的情况, 负责2/3/4G/5G通信产品Conformance项目管理；
7、指导工程师完成Conformance测试工作 ,为销售人员提供技术支持；
8、跟踪最新无线技术，解读最新标准, 3年以上手机Conformance工作经验 ；
9、熟练掌握世界各国(洲)RF相关标准及EMC知识、EMC测试仪器的使用；10、熟悉ISO17025体系要求
11、 Job Description:
1. Responsible for radio approval projects especially in commercial and
industrial products, including RED, FCC, IC，JRF，NCC，etc . 负责射频认
证， 包括RED， FCC， IC，JRF，NCC等，主要涉及商用与工业类产品。
2. Support the team to develop radio business in commercial and industrial
products. 协助团队开发商用与工业类产品射频认证业务。
3. Coordination of testing work between department and internal/external
laboratories, recognition of testing capability of external laboratories.协调部
门 与内外部实验室之间的测试工作，确认外部实验室测试能力
4. Technical solution for customers, provide training to customers and
colleagues regarding RF related technologies. 客户技术解答；开展针对客
户以及部门同事的无线技术相关的培训
5. Responsible for the maintenance of report template, continuous
improvement of procedure, improve the efficiency of testing and certification
负责报告模版的维护，持续改进流程，提升检测和认证效率;
[岗位职责]
1、负责实验室的各项管理工作，组织完成实验室各项工作任务，负责实验室人
员的培训和考核工作；
2、负责本实验室的所有测试设备仪器在使用时的安全规范制定，监督部门人员
安全操作，确保设备安全运行；
3、根据实验室各岗位职责编制本部门工作计划，并组织实施；
4、对实验室出现的不符合项进行调查分析，提出纠正措施并组织实施；
5、负责组织检测方法改进、新方法制定和确认及非标方法验证和不确定度评
定；
6、负责审核实验室的作业指导书和在本部门贯彻管理体系文件；
7、 Job Requirement:
1. At least five years’ experience in testing and certifying radio products (e.g.
Bluetooth device, Wi-Fi, Zigbee 2/3/4G, etc.). 至少五年以上射频产品检测认
证工作经验（如蓝牙, Wi-Fi, Zigbee 2/3/4G等）
2. Experience in GSM/WCDMA/LTE testing and projects will be a significant
advantage. 有GSM/WCDMA/LTE 检测和项目工作经验为优选。
3. Familiar with RF theory, directive and legal requirements, and RF tests. 熟悉
射频理论，熟悉指令和法规要求，精通射频测试.
4. Familiar with RF circuit schematics and debug .熟悉RF电路原理图，电路调
试；
5. Familiar with EMC theory, EMC test and standard requirements in IoT
products, commercial and industrial products精通EMC理论，精通物联网, 商
用与工业类产品的EMC测试与标准要求。
6. Able to solve technical problems independently and good at deeply study
technical issues in RF and EMC field; 能够独立解决技术问题，能深入研究RF
和EMC领域的技术问题；
7. Good communication skill, good team player. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作。
8. Good at English reading, writing; fairly good at spoken English at least.英语
良好。
9. Good at Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) skill. 精通办公软件
