一. Job Responsibilities: 1. Take responsibility for developing the category team, coaching and supervising team members on their work to increase efficiency and optimize end-to-end cost,constantly improving the process to make it more automated. 2. Responsible for sourcing of new countries, regions and or factories and work closely and proactively with BU sourcing controller to find better / more competitive prices. 3. Review vendor’s performance regularly (price, DOT, PLT, PD, quality), require for CAPs in case any issues and follow up accordingly. 4. Constantly monitor the current buying price and find ways to get better supply and also lead the negotiation with vendors (e-auction, bulk buy, benchmarking, re-engineering etc.) . 5. Provide inputs for category / brand plan development, Provide inputs for fast track products selection, Provide input to category/PD managers to build up product specifications, Provide cost engineering recommendation to category/PD managers.. 6. Work with Quality/compliance teams on product compliance and ensure new products meet legal requirements. 7. Take leadership in vendor panel management and lead vendor database to maintain strong relationship with existing vendors, developing new Challenger., also manage vendors to ensure their performance, manage directly on their price competitiveness and coordinate with other departments to manage vendor’s performance on delivery / PD/ WS/ Quality / Compliance / Finance etc. 8. Organize and prioritize daily workload in order to focus on Company’s long term interest and in accordance with the weekly procedural assignment. 9. Manage team’s sourcing / PO management process to improve efficiency and performance, take responsibility for results of the team, use KPI’s to measure the departmental performance, meanwhile, suggest salary and bonus to Regional Director for team members based on performance (KPI) at the end year. 10. Inform category managers in BU sides on vendor selection and consider new vendor from different resource. 11. Collect and provide inputs on market trends, competitor activities and news that may affect the business of the BUs. 12. Provide advices to align BU’s procedures to improve team efficiencies, assist and advise BUs about issues and offer solutions/alternatives. 13. Participate in fairs for new product generation and price benchmarking. 14.The other task assigned by superior.

一. 岗位职责: 1. 管理团队,指导和监督团队成员的工作,以提高效率和优化终端成本,不断改进工作流程; 2. 负责新的国家、地区、工厂的采购,并与 BU 密切合作,积极寻找更好、更具竞争力的价格; 3. 定期审查供应商的表现(价格、准时交货率、生产周期、产品开发、质量),如有问题,要求提供 CAP 并进行跟进; 4. 不断监控当前价格,寻找更好供应的办法,并领导与供应商的谈判(线上招投标、大量采购、标杆分析、流程再造等); 5. 为品类、品牌开发、畅销产品、产品规格,造价工程等提供建议; 6. 与质量、合规部门合作,确保产品合规,确保新产品符合法律要求; 7. 领导供应商评、供应商库管理,与现有供应商保持良好关系,开发新的供应商,确保供应商在价格竞争力、交付、产品开发、客单、质量、合规、成本等方面的绩效和管理; 8. 组织和确定日常工作的优先顺序,以关注公司的长期利益,按照每周的程序任务去执行; 9. 管理团队的采购、跟单,以提高效率和绩效,负责团队的绩效结果,用 KPI 衡量部门绩效,同时KPI在年底向部门总监建议团队成员的工资和奖金; 10. 告知 BU 有关供应商的选择,并考虑来自不同渠道的新供应商; 11. 收集并提供可能影响 BU 业务的市场趋势、竞争对手活动、新闻; 12. 提供建议以协调 BU 的程序、提高团队效率,协助和建议 BU 解决问题并提供解决方案; 13. 参加展会,以寻找新产品、价格标杆; 14. 上级分配的其他任务。
