1. Build and develop our brands and distribution in the regional market, create new customers and distribution within the area 在区域内建立、开发市场:拓展公司品牌及分销渠道,开发区域内新客户及新市场。
2. Manage key accounts, meanwhile follow domestic on-going projects in time, try to find out potential projects and customers. 管理维系大客户的同时,及时跟进区域内项目进展,努力挖掘潜在项目及客户。
3. Provide the best product solutions and values/benefits for the customers according to the customers‘ demands and expectation, pursuade customers. 根据客户需求特点,为客户提供最优产品解决方案和为客户带来的价值,说服客户。
4. Build and maintain good relationship with customers, call on customers frequently, keep customers informed on new products or services,pricing,etc without delay. 维护与客户的关系,拜访客户,使客户及时了解公司最新的产品、服务、价格等。
5. Learn the needs of customers promptly for improving the satisfaction. 及时了解客户需求,以提高客户满意度。
6. Deal with customer‘s complaints and other issues, act proactively in assisting customers in their problem resolutions. 处理客户投诉及抱怨,帮助客户解决问题。
7. Make annual and internvel sales plan according to the company sales goals; Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets. 根据公司年度总体目标制订年度及定期销售计划、销售目标,完成年度及定期销售目标。
8. Assist marketing related activities. 协助市场相关活动。
9. Sales Summary and Reporting; Manage and control sales expenses strictly according to company’s Bachelor’s degree or above. 本科以上学历 3 years or above related experience in sales/marketing. 三年以上销售或市场营销经验。 Experienced sales skills, Channel developing ability, depth of market trend perception.
