JOB DUTIES: 1. Develop an effective and qualified distribution network in Prestige retail / Wholesale market and Traditional trade channel, to achieve annual sales revenue budget and SGM target in assigned province or city. 2. Conducting annual business plan, POS plan, daily operation, business review to ensure the target distribution, coverage and the best in-store execution in terms of pricing / display / assortment & promotion. 3. Execute marketing activities including new product launch, promotion, in-store fairs etc. continuously improve consumer journey and in-store experience. 4. Execution of AP & CF plan, with best ROI. 5. Upgrade local market information. 6. Provide accurate forecast plan of assigned customer. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. University degree is preferred 2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in well-known light luxury / premium consumer goods / durable consumer goods, multinational company 3. Strong Field Sales management and distributor mode management experience, knowledge and skills 4. Relationship and knowledge with shopping mall’s commercial department 5. Experienced province business management
