Job Description:
Conducting studies with Product Safety and International Regulatory and Compliance teams and to ensure coordination with the suppliers.
Making audit check-lists based on product categories, following and updating them regularly.
Prepares RFQ (Including technical requirements) with sourcing category manager,
If there is a need for new supplier development, he/she lead technical evaluation,
Handshakes with quality teams about the testing details (where to test, perceived quality, field tests)
Prepares the Project plan with related parties.
He/she manage the Project except commercial topics, he’s main target is introducing new projects on time with best quality.
Signs NDA with every supplier.
If there is need for design implementation, he/she follows up design implementation process,
Providing technical data (critical component list, supplier test reports, reach, rohs, emc, cb, etc.)
Follows up testing samples,
During design validation if there is any failure, he/she inform supplier and follow up improvements, (Pushing supplier to make improvements is under his/her responsibility)
If supplier doesn’t make improvements, he/she make risk analysis with quality teams to get approval, (getting approval for product is under his/her responsibility.)
Arranging approval meeting with preparing necessary documents.
Follows up conditional approval CAR’s
Coordinates artwork with supplier and local pm,
Supports local certification responsible during local certification,
When trial production is finished, he evaluate the results with quality teams and give approval to the product.
Following design changes (ECN) to be made in the existing products.
Following up regulation change related improvements in current products with supplier.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree with mechanical or electrical engineering major is required.
Strong experience in refrigerator industry. Sourcing is preferred
R&D or Quality background is needed.
Has the capacity to benchmark machine to understand strong / weak point and cost advantage / disadvantage.
