Principal Responsibilities - Drive sales performance of frontline sales to achieve overall sales targets assigned for insurance products. - Identify basic needs of customers and sell insurance products upon referrals from (T)RM or other channels. - Participate various branch initiatives, including seminars and campaigns, to maximize insurance coverage and penetration to Bank customer base. - Assist branches to resolve insurance related enquiries and complaints. - Provide professional support and service to sales staff and customers through joint sales calls. - Provide regular and timely feedback to product taskforce team on customer acceptability on insurance products, services and sales issues. - To strictly follow Bank policies and procedures and be fully compliant. - To follow OM for detailed procedures of the delegated duties assigned above.
Education and Relevant Experience - Diploma or above, bachelor preferred. - At least 3 years’ experience in Insurance industry and with 2 years’ solid sales experience related to insurance business. - Possess excellent knowledge of insurance product trends and competitive activities and be able to react and identify opportunities in response to the changing landscape. - Good communication and problem-solving skill. - Understand English. - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Functional / Technical Competencies - Achieve the sales target of both personal and branch paired. - Ensure the insurance sales activities of the responsible branches to attain required professional sales and service standard.
