工作职责：
1. Provide personalized career counseling and guidance services to students;
2. Organize and lead career development seminars and workshops;
3. Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners to provide students with internship and job opportunities;
4. Assist students in preparing job application materials, including resumes and interview skills;
5. Track and analyze student career development data to assess service effectiveness and make improvements;
6. Collaborate across teams to provide comprehensive educational and career development support.
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years working experience;
2. In-depth understanding of higher education and the job market, working experience in campus recruitment or oversea study consultancy is preferred;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and partners;
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
5. Proficiency in office software and career development-related tools;
6. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
