To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Quality Manager located in Baoan, Shenzhen. Reporting to the QA Sr. manager the Quality Manager role involves Customer Interface and resolve quality issue, Lead project quality team to tackle the complaint.
What a typical day looks like: 1.Ensure quality control, product quality and process control, internal audit and training etc. meet company and customers’ requirement. 2.Manage Quality Assurance Department to perform the following tasks: 3.Product and process control: SPC control, reshipment sample audit and manufacturing process audit. 4.Prepare quality reports, establish quality improvement program, draft Quality Engineering Instructions, resolve customer return materials or goods, manage equipment calibration administration works, and handle customer complaint. 5.ISO Quality Management System Training (ISO 13485 preferable) and document control and support Internal quality system audit 6.Participate in Quality System planning, development, maintaining and improvement. 7.Using the established quality metrics, the QA Manager would lead regular quality review meetings to analyze performance data, identify root causes of quality issues, and collaboratively develop action plans for improvement with customer.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 1.8+ years quality working experience in PCBA 2.Medical Device product experience is preferred 3.Have people management experience been in similar position 4.Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
