Job Description:
1. Direct and Manage Renesas business development in China
2. Coach and Manage team members to achieve goals and follow up the key project, developing new business increase is required
3. Responsible of establishing the long-term business cooperation relationship with supplier
4. Align goals and strategies of supplier with Avnet to ensure mutual goals and Strategies are achieved
5. Participates in supplier regular business meeting, update the business progress in related area to gain the supports from Supplier
6. Collaborate with Sales & FAE team members to achieve Annual & Quarter financial goal
7. Manages Forecast & Quotation & Backlog ect.

Work Experience:
1. 10+ years for Electronics industry
2. Electronic Engineering bachelor’s degree or above
3. Capable at independent thinking and analyzing
4. Sensitive Marketing sense and good communication skill
