Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for staff management and supervision of daily production activities in the Toy laboratory 2. Ensure employee growth and development, including performance evaluation, goal setting and skill training. 3. Assist employees to correct performance issues through coaching, communication and performance improvement plans 4. Supervise/support staff in training, answering technical questions, dealing with Staff issues and promoting team work. 5. Identify future and strategic market opportunities and selectively hire experienced personnel 6. Responsible for the technical quality of the work in the department, and provide feedback on the system, process and suggestions for department improvement to the superior. 7. Collect customer feedback and solve problems identified by customers, outstanding problems or problems aimed at improving customer satisfaction and promoting customer relationships. 8. Receive visiting customers, introduce laboratory situation and provide technical advice to customers. 9. Responsible for the achievement of the division’s performance objectives, and for formulation of the division’s short and long range objectives in support of the Company’s strategic plan 10. Search opportunities to develop new category and new test method Requirements : 1. Bachelor degree, science and engineering background; 2. Cet-6 or above, good written English ability; 3. More than 10 years of third-party testing experience, more than 5 years of related physics laboratory management experience; 4. Familiar with Toy testing related laws and regulations and related industry standards;
