Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve international sales targets. Identify and establish relationships with potential distributors, retailers, and key customers in target markets. Present and promote our watch collections to prospective clients through presentations, meetings, and trade shows. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to international markets. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the luxury goods or watch industry. Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural differences. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. Ability to travel internationally as needed. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
