Duties and Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Coordinate and manage e-commerce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
2. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service, to ensure cohesive project execution.
3. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, managing project budgets and timelines to meet targets.
4. Milestone Planning: Break down projects into manageable tasks and milestones, setting realistic deadlines and tracking progress.
5. System Updates: Maintain and update project management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to all stakeholders.
6. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Task Assignment: Assign tasks to team members, providing clear instructions and support to ensure successful task completion.
8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or blockers to keep projects on track.
9. Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status to all stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients.
10. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
11. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
12. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and goals.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and e-commerce platforms (e.g, Walmart, Amazon).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all project deliverables.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team Player: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
