61 Exceeds all requirements of Level 1 Junior Sourcing Engineer.
61 3 years working experience in similar job field or 2 years working as Level 1 Sourcing Engineer at EWA at least.
61 Ability to understand the application of main metal material and plastic material as well their relevant process.
61 Ability to understand the process characteristics of stamping, casting, forging, die casting, machining, plastic injection, extrusion, powder metal molding.
61 Ability to understand the drawing requirement, GD&T, surface treatment, heat treatment, package knowledge.
61 Ability to understand the detail delivery terms and the relevant cost difference, understand the payment terms.
61 Ability to understand the quality requirement of the customer and the quality requirement of EW /EWA.
61 Ability to communicate the detailed requirement to the potential supplier and emphasis the key points to the suppliers.
61 Ability to explain the difference between the customer requirement and the quoted specification.
61 Ability to negotiate the payment terms and the unit price according the material cost , RMB/USD currency change, process improvement with the suppliers.
61 Ability to make cost BOM and analysis the unit cost according the material cost, manufacturing cost .
61 Ability to complete 90% of RFQs quotation in 14 days.
