Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Physics Engineer to join our R&D team. This role focuses on the development and enhancement of sensor technologies used in measurement systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in physics and engineering principles, along with a passion for tackling complex problems and turning theoretical concepts into practical applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop new sensor technologies and improve existing measurement systems. Conduct experimental tests and simulations to validate new sensor designs and configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, hardware engineers, and product managers to integrate sensors into system solutions. Analyze data from sensor outputs to understand performance characteristics and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with the latest advancements in sensor technology and incorporate relevant innovations into our projects. Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and testing protocols. Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving activities during product development and post-launch phases. Mentor junior engineers and participate in continuing education opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sensor technology and measurement systems. Strong understanding of physical principles and their application in sensor design. Proficiency in using simulation and analysis tools. Experience and deep understanding of Digital Signal Processing Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Preferred Skills PhD in Physics or a related technical field. Experience with flow, dew point, gas sensors. Familiarity with data analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms for sensor data. Publications or patents in sensor technology or related fields. Have good communication in English and Mandarin
