Primary Roles: - Manage the focus light touch customers to achieve sustainable & profitable growth and position Molex as preferred supplier - Maximize Molex Share by generating new leads and developing new opportunities/customers - Ensure Molex share by managing existing projects and new transfer-in business - Collect competitor intelligence of general market and share with division & other teams - Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities: Marketing Campaigns: - Lead Generation and Management - Collaborate with Application Engineer and Field Sales for TAM/SAM and Competitor Analysis of target segment/industry - Collect customer's feedback/suggestion of digital platform Pre-Sales Activity: - Identify opportunity from customer inquiry - Create Salesforce opportunity for project with total Molex share (min. lifetime pipeline) over USD 200K - Provide related documents (sales drawing, product specification, testing report, etc.) and samples of existing product, create PDR when necessary - Manage qualification process and support customer in all requirements - Propose preliminary RFQ package to be accepted by customer - Ensure Molex product and design approved in the BOM AVL - Confirm design and business win then maintain the Salesforce opportunity or transfer when needed Sales Activity: - Review RFQ, periodic business review which includes price negotiation, new opportunity and business award - Manage all contracts with customers - Track major project status and manage forecast then upload ZAPO, work with planning team/plant for supply/capacity support - Analyze back to back order, review Customer inventory status to ensure sufficient backlog - Negotiate potential S&E - Coordinate PCN, QN, and environmental documents - Mitigate AR and tariff related issues with Finance team Education: - Bachelor degree of Engineering or above
Experience & Skill: - Minimum 3 years’ experience of FAE, sales engineer in electronic industry - Strong business acumen to identify new customer/opportunity - Experience/capability in using digital tools to develop new opportunity - Fluent in Mandarin & English - Proficient in using Microsoft office software - Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload, interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers & external contacts to respond positively to situations.
