Primary Roles: 1. Manage direct sold to and distribution accounts to improve customer experience. 2. Co-work with front-end sales and manage transfer-in Salesforce Opportunity to grow Molex revenue and profit. 3. Analyze General Product POP/POS prices to protect Molex profit. 4. Work with Demand Planning team for long-term capacity planning. 5. Support customers in sales drawing, samples, environmental document, contract, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Work with design-in team for price strategy, samples support and NPI order. - Review RFQ, align pricing strategy with design-in team, periodic business review which includes price negotiation and business award. - Track major project status and manage forecast then upload ZAPO, work with planning team/plant for supply/capacity support. - Review with OSE for the project information and accept/maintain Salesforce opportunity. - Analyse back to back order, review customer/distributor inventory status to ensure sufficient backlog. - Provide related documents (sales drawing, product specification, testing report, etc.) and samples when customer request. - Manage all contracts with customers. - Coordinate PCN, QN and environmental documents. - Review SPA ZF price and POS record to protect Molex profit. - Negotiate potential S&E. - Mitigate AR and tariff related issues with Finance team.
Education: - Bachelor degree of Business/Engineering
Experience & Skills: - Minimum 3 years experiences in account management/inside sales in electronic industry. - Fluent in Mandarin & English. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office software. - Excellent customer relation’s skills, strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload, interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers & external contacts to respond positively to situations.
