岗位职责 1. Train project team members to make sure they have competent knowledge in standards, directives and customer service techniques; (10%) 培训项目团队成员,确保他们在标准、指令和客户服务技术方面有足够的知识; 2. Responsible for the projects according to authorization; (20%) 根据授权对项目负责; 3. Review and sign the projects coming from the project team members; (20%) 对项目组成员提出的项目进行评审并签字; 4. Contact with clients to provide professional support on project matter; (10%) 与客户联系,就项目事宜提供专业支持; 5. Provide essential support to team to ensure the quality of the product and recommendation for enhancing test features; (10%) 为团队提供必要的支持,以确保产品的质量,并为增强测试功能提供建议; 6. Prepare the necessary procedures and instruction for testing; (10%) 准备必要的测试程序和指导书; 7. Coordinate P& Ls and provide technical solutions to clients; (10%) 协调客户的损益,提供技术解决方案; 8. Perform assignments as required; (10%) 按要求完成任务。 任职条件 1. College Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Engineering; 大专或本科学历,工程专业; 2. At least 4 years’ experience in testing industry; 4年以上测试行业工作经验; 3. Advanced in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin); 良好的中英文水平(粤语和普通话); 4. Independent, self-starter, and team motivator. 独立,主动,团队积极性。
