The Marketing Project Manager (Seller Acquisition) focuses on driving the growth of our seller base by collaborating closely with the BD team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of seller recruitment processes, ensuring the timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns that attract and retain sellers.
Main Responsibility:
- Direct and manage marketing and branding initiatives specifically focused on seller acquisition. Ensure projects are executed on time and within scope, aligning with business goals and seller recruitment targets. - Partner closely with the BD team to understand business requirements and market opportunities. Ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential sellers. - Create comprehensive, long-term marketing plans based on detailed market analysis and business needs. Focus on strategies that drive seller acquisition and engagement throughout the seller lifecycle. - Monitor and report on critical marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, seller engagement, and satisfaction. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing projects. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives and maximize seller acquisition efforts.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field. - Cross-functional collaboration experience. - Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex marketing projects. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both English and Mandarin. - Ability to develop and execute long-term marketing plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. PMP is a plus. - Experience in e-commerce and lead acquisition project is a plus.
